Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and collaborative Administrator/Student Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will embody a meticulous attention to detail alongside a capacity for excellent interpersonal relations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, making a significant impact on our staff and the students we serve.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare, organize, and store information in both paper and digital forms.

  • Handle queries via phone and email with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors at the reception area.

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book rooms ensuring optimal use of resources.

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Oversee post and deliveries to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.

  • Take accurate notes and prepare minutes during meetings.

  • Draft, type, and proofread letters and reports ensuring high-quality communication.

  • Update computer records and maintain an accurate database.

  • Handle printing and copying tasks ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized office.

  • Maintain efficient office systems to support the workflow and activities of the team.

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors ensuring value and timely delivery of services.

  • Foster good working relationships with staff in other departments such as finance and HR.


Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.

  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Proficient in using computers and main software packages.

  • Sensitivity and understanding in handling diverse clientele.
